What you can expect from us!
Once we have supplied you with a quote you are happy with the work can commence. This a method followed by our self and recommended by K Rend. Below is the process to expect when getting your property rendered and here is what it entails;
•System KREND
•Prior to hack off, all windows, cills and garden areas to be covered and protected.
•Remove all rainwater, down pipes
•Hack off existing render, clear away and removal of all rubbish.
•Supply and fit all upvc angle beads, bell cast beads and stop beads
•Use expanding metal to any brick fractures or timbered areas
•Apply hp12 base coat with reinforcing mesh troul applied
•Apply FT top coat with a scrape finish (colour optional)
•All areas to be cleaned on completion. Price includes all labour, materials and any tool hire cost.
